This role leads a team of compensation, reward and HRIS professionals responsible for global compensation and benefits, pension, reward policies and remuneration practices and programs consistent with small business. This location will also contribute actively and stay an essential member of the HR leadership team, advising for the generic HR strategy and the ones calendar. Initially the incumbent will likely be in charge of establishing standalone programs for newly divested
company.
Director of Compensation and Benefits - responsibilities/accountabilities:
- Development and implementation with the reward strategy to include, retirement savings account arrangements, Health and Welfare benefits management , salary benchmarking, annual compensation events like bonus and salary review and supporting HR systems
- Selection and management of health insurance and welfare providers and alternative party vendors
- Business expert to all matters associated with compensation and benefits, advising senior managers plus the HR team on all issues.
- The role holder might be supposed to are the Trustee of countless benefits arrangements (Pensions, Life Assurance and Healthcare)
- Total responsibility for salary reviews to ensure relevant market benchmarking and consistency of application. It will include liaising with alternative party suppliers.
- Informed market knowledge will even include current tax implications specially in regards to benefits and pay
- Design and implement appropriate and intuitive schemes as requires STI, DCP, SIP
